JCC Krakow’s chef Kasia Leonardi will lead us on a journey to discover the world of modern Jewish cuisine. Within the span of 8 lessons, we will master traditional Ashkenazi Jewish recipes as well as try our hand at the more exotic Middle Eastern dishes. Kasia will teach us helpful cooking techniques for everyday use that are sure to enrich anyone’s kitchen repertoire.
