We would like to invite to you celebrate Purim with the Jewish community on Saturday, February 27th 2010

Purim celebrations schedule (given hours are approximate)

19:00
Purim parade on the streets of Kazimierz.
The parade of Purim celebrants dressed in coustumes will start from the Remuh Synagogue and will later continue through  Szeroka, Jozefa, Plac Nowy, Meiselsa and Bozego Cialo arriving at the Jewish Community Centre located at 24 Miodowa Street.

The meaning of Purim - lecture by Rabbi Boaz Pash

20:00
Purim song in Hebrew performed by children attending the Sunday School. Directed by Rabbi Tanya Segal.

20:15
Purim-shpil. A futuristic staging of a play based on the Book of Esther which tells the story of how Jews were saved from death.
Among the actors participating   represent all ages of the Jewish community in Krakow!

21:00
Fourth floor - for everybody - a futuristic Purim party titled "JCC to the Future". The program includes karaoke, a costume contest, and, also, lots of food, drinks and dancing until early morning.

First floor - Seniors' Pub.
